Join us for the in-person launch of a coast-to-coast report covering the results of a National Survey of Community-Based Housing Organizations!
We asked these housing groups about the policies they advocate for, what kinds of tactics they endorse, and what would help their work. Our report is based on a survey of 59 groups, representing over 28,000 residents across Canada, that advocate for action on housing from the perspective of tenants and housing-insecure individuals. By amplifying these voices, we aim to:
Validate and empower activists’ policy demands
Facilitate collaboration between housing groups nationwide
Clarify the stakes in the upcoming federal election where housing is a key issue
Validate and empower activists’ policy demands

The debate around the housing crisis and its solutions is gaining momentum. How we define these problems and solutions will impact low-income and marginalized communities for decades. Take part in the discussion, register below!
