Abolissons la règle des 7/15 !
Le volet juridique de la lutte de PAUVRE et CAPTIF sera en action la semaine prochaine, à l'occasion des audiences du mercredi 16 novembre et jeudi 17 novembre, au Palais de Justice de Montréal.
Petit rappel :
Suite à la décision favorable au règlement sur les séjours hors Québec (7/15 jours) du Tribunal Administratif du Québec (TAQ), le Collectif Pauvre et Captif à porté la décision en appel, à la Cour Supérieure.
Le Collectif demandera, devant la Cour Supérieure, l'abolition de la mesure restrictive de 2015.

Pour démontrer notre appui aux personnes défendant la cause devant la Cour, il est crucial que nous nous mobilisons!
Cela signifie qu'il faut remplir la salle d'audience, durant l'ensemble des séances, le mercredi 16 novembre et jeudi 17 novembre, au Palais de Justice de Montréal! L’audience débute à 9h, une gang de PAUVRE ET CAPTIF sera déjà sur place à 7h45 au métro Place-d’Armes. Il y aura une pause dîner aux alentours de midi et l’audience se poursuit jusqu’à environ 16h ou 16h30.

To demonstrate our support for those defending the cause before the Court, it is crucial that we mobilize!
This means that the courtroom must be filled, during all the sessions, on Wednesday, November 16 and Thursday, November 17, at the Palais de Justice de Montréal! The hearing begins at 9 a.m., a gang of POOR AND CAPTIVE will already be on site at 7:45 a.m. at the Place-d'Armes metro station. There will be a lunch break around noon and the hearing will continue until around 4 or 4:30 p.m.
