The Wet’suwet’en have been fighting the Coastal Gaslink project for years. Today, it is bulldozing through Yintah (homelands) in so-called Northern British Columbia.
The Royal Bank of Canada is the principal funder of the project. It is investing despite its not having achieved consent from the Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs who are the rightful title holders to the Land, and despite its catastrophic environmental impacts.
Chief Na’moks will be challenging the heads of RBC, as he has been across the country.
We call all allies of the Wet’suwet’en nation to rally in support. Let our voices be heard from coast to coast!
